    Hey folks

Quick Q,s , not sure if i am in the right forum, new to boards but here goes. A few months ago i took i bad fall during a game of footie, was tackled and landed on my back/left shoulder. Was no real pain at the time
, just a bit shook. Recently however it has become more painful and when i rotate my shoulder it makes this clicking/grinding sound. Also the pain is now all around the left shoulder and mid back, should i be concerned , doi need physio ......

    Thank you

You need to see a doctor. Internet is a bad place to be asking for medical advice.
