heh i'm having my 30th party in sept and we are doing teh food ourselves. any good idea's for cheap nice food that we can make up?

Rice and chicken in some sauce is always an easy option. Or pasta and salads.

Some whole sellers like Musgraves do nice catering stuff like giant Lasagna trays that you just put in the oven.
