anyway was interested mainly in the fitness aspect. but now i am a bit older and the beer belly is growing.

basically i think i want to get back into a martial art. is there any class anyone can recommend around the rush/lusk area.

i am 26 with medium low fitness at the minute.

    thanks in advance

Lusk Judo Club The Old Library Hall, Lusk, Co Dublin Mr Jack Dennis 01 8438350.

Jack Dennis run's a fantastic Judo club up there.

Otherwise I'd recommend you PM Cowzerp and speak to him about his Rush Fight Accademy, its a highly successful MMA club.

Dont be put off by mma, once your fitness level is up you would start off fighting at amateur so you could get a chance to wet your toes as such and then decide if you want to continue fight ing or just concentrate on keeping fit
