this is my motto for life more and more these days. i live at home, i'm nearly 30, no job, on the dole, offered a college place i don't want, hate my hometown and have no friends.
i keep trying to think things could be so much worse but sometimes things become unbearable. i just end up in tears. i used to be so confident and happy at school. i messed up college and didn't finish and since i've worked in stupid jobs and messed about with fellas that turned out to be creeps. i can't see a way out. suppose i just need to get this off my chest.

Hang on a minute, which course were you offered to do?; and what about it doesn't interest you? Perhaps you are just uninterestd in life in general, but that this course could actually be something to take your interest. When we're depressed, everything seems boring, but that is certainly far from the truth.

Anyway, that was me just putting words into your mouth without even knowing you. Forgive me for that, but I hope that it has helped. You should write more if you have more to get off your chest. Im' sure that you could write page after page and - if so - then do it. I am an admin on a different website and people there sometimes create posts about their problems that are 1000+ words. The longest was 6000+.

Oh yeh, I messed up my first degree in college but then 'randomly' picked a different one. This different one has changed my life for the btter though. I had no high expectations of it at first.

    Look after yourself,
    Kevin
