    This might seem like a petty subject for personal issues..but where do you draw the line btween somome joking with and someone annoying or hassling you?

    The line is where the person on the recieving end does not find it funny. Where its persistant, repetative and the behavior no longer amuses and irritates the recipient/victim then it crosses the line.

    Whats worse not only does it irritate the victim but observers find it boring and repetitive.

    So a once off is funny haha - but repetition is the law of diminishing returns and the joke isn't funny anymore.
