Anyone ever bought from this site before?

Was looking for a threaded barrel for a 1911 and came across this site, so I registered and added a few items to my basket, no problem there.
When to checkout and pay for the stuff the total was there and for shipping fees it read "TBA - Phone of email for quote" so i did.
Got a reply, I was told...........

    "Dear Customer,
I am unable to give you a shipping cost at the time. You can however order the product(s) from our website first and then select TBA, not UPS.The reason the price is ($0) is because at that point, we will send you a shipping cost via email and let you know what the price will be. It will be alot cheaper than UPS because we send it express mail service (EMS) via USPS.If at any gievn time you feel that the cost of shipping is too expensive, you can contact me back at this email and I will be more than happy to cancel the order and issue you a full refund. The reason we cannot provide a shipping cost is because it is generated by our computer by the weight, size, and value of the products that you ordering."

Okay that's a new one on me tbh!
so I emailed again and asked could I get a shipping fee to jolly ol Ireland and that I'd feel much happier (and less skeptical) about paying for the whole thing in one go.

    And the reply was....

"This has been the standard of our business for the last 5 years, and all our customers do the same.
You can check our ratings on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) or simply look us up yourself.

Please go ahead and make the payment and we can then provide you with shipping cost, you are guaranteed to a 100% refund if you are nto satisfied with shipping costs."

Rightyo then, is there a cancellation fee involved I wonder, what to do......

Now I'm not doubting these guys or anything but I'd like to know are they 100%
So have any of you guys dealt with this site before and if so did everything go ok ?
    Cheers
