im weight trainning just over a year. and not seeing much results.
was thinking of doin a roid cycle.......
anyone on a cycle at the mo????

tell us a bit more, as in how many times a week? have you changed you diet?, what techniques do you use when lifting? if your not seeing results after a year, your doing something wrong

Yup yup!

O.P. T-nation/BB.com might be a better bet for your original issue as you can't talk about steroids here. If you've stalled after a year then there's something wrong with what you're doing WRT training and or diet. I dunno much about roids but I think you may be wasting your money if you start using them after just a year of training...

OP as was said we don't condone the discussion or use or advice on steroids here. There are plenty of other forums around that will accommodate your needs.
