On Wed 5th I purchased a 3V voucher . Within a few hours the money had been transferred using A2A to another account. There's obviously a big crack in their security system, as this a new Visa card which has never been used. So far I've had no luck in contacting them.

Problem sorted. The A2A is 3V's new way of showing that the funds have been transferred to my account. The money was available, and paid to Vodafone, who said it hadn't gone through.

Good , Vodas bank may have the money but not Voda themselves . As long as you can show an outpayment you will be fine !
