Hey, not sure if this is the right place for this but just wondering if anyone knows roughly how long it would take to burn of a kilo of water in the sauna? Thanks

If you dropped a kilo in water you'd be very thirsty and you'd have to drink it back on.

Not sure, but this may help a bit.

I guess it depends on temperature, bodyweight, hydration levels, etc.

Why do you want to know? Are you try to make weight for a competition?

Losing 2lbs wouldnt take very long at all, you basically need to keep sweating once you start. If you stop sweating itll be a pain in the ass. So sweatsuit and skip or shadow box and you'll be there in no time.

Dropped almost 2pounds the other day with 30mins cardio.
It wouldn't take long in a sauna, esp with a sweat suit. Make sure you towel off the sweat regularly, also do it naked or change clothes as if you sweat a kilo, and clothes soak it up, the scales won't know
