Has anyone had to visit the O2 shop on West Street. The queues are insane. On a daily basis there is at least a 45/30 minute queue to speak to a staff member, I have been there six times this week praying for a one minute opening. Does anyone know what the story is :mad: The staff are excellent but there is just too few of them

Isn't there an o2 shop in Scotch Hall as well? (I know there's a carphone warehouse) Queues might be shorter!
