Redundancy query

Hi My company are looking at possible redundancies due to outsourcing but are giving very bad package only the statutory. Given the fact that they are doing extremely well (profit wise etc) and the fact that alot of companies seems to be giving fairly decent packages at moment is there anything that i can do??

No. Your employer is only obliged to pay you the statutory amount.
