    I know someone will in all likelihood defend this on the grounds that the company are within their rights etc., but I really feel this is not only an an absurdly OTT move, but also a slap in the face to classical music and the art of music in general. I do not think the man himself would have welcomed this.

    There's about 10 other versions that have the sound enabled. It's not his fault he's old & forgot the music sheet.

    It's one of Beethoven's greatest pieces that has been silenced by some Japanese company called Avex who appear to claim ownership of it.

    I have no idea how there can be copyright on a piece written 200 years ago.

    I'm not sure to be honest. All of the other songs recorded from the concert appear to still be on Youtube.
