Garmin Edge 305 or 705 (apart from the wind speed bit - they'll measure your speed though).

If you want cadence with the garmin you also need to get the separate cadence sensor.

Can any bike computer measure wind speed?!

Garmin GWS 10 wind sensor. Regrettably it doesn't appear to be Ant+Sport compatible. What were they thinking?
