Spin Tomorrow(Thursday) Morning

    Late notice and all... but planning on a 100km mostly flat spin around 8/9am tomorrow morning heading north town/howth/malahide/skerries/balbriggan/swords/town if anyone's interested....

    something in the 30 - 35km/hr region probably on the flat

    and i even managed to have my head up enough to notice/reognise/wave back ! :) before the lactose burn set in later in the ride...oh so much burning in the legs. Good times :)
