    Real food, ftw.

Get your lean body weight * 14 is your cals
Split it 40/40/20 between Protein, carbs, God fats.
On gym days have most of your carbs before and after your workout.
Nom gym days spread it evenly

Best mix for weight gain is Steak and Milk. Cook the steak and eat it. Then drink milk. For the price of those weight gain products you could dine on fillet steak. Eat real food, those supplements will do feck all unless you're eating a lot anyway. Chocolate covered brazil nuts are a good way to get the calories in too. Peanut butter as well.

Just make sure you're doing some good heavy weights to counter the onset of the chubbs :pac:

whats your training like?whats your current diet like? what are your stats? post these.

Could you not start eating calorie dense foods? like nuts and nut butters. could very easily eat 100gms nuts which is 5-700 kcals and drinkinf a litre or two of milk while deffo put pounds on you.

    65kg-90kg in 7 months,
1 tin of peas+banana or porridge+protein shake in the morning

ham turkey & chicken sambo at 10am

1 tin of tuna with pasta(brown) at 1pm+4pm

flapjack protein bar pre training5.30pm, train at 6.30pm

one shake of nutrition x mass x post training

then a massive dinner when i arrived home.

I worked 9-5 when i did this,i thought i could never put on weight but this worked for me, at the weekends i ate a lil differently.
