    About a month ago I bought a very comfy pair of gloves from here.

    Yesterday I noticed some of the stiching was unravelling so I brought them back even though I'd no receipt, hoping the shop might do the decent thing.

    No problems - they examined the gloves and replaced them on the spot.

    Nice shop and good service, I'll be in there to do some more spending.

    I used to work with Charlie(the tall skinhead) in another outdoor shop a few years ago. He knows his suff and is a sound geezer, wouldn't be a cut throat salesman either. Its great to see some positive feedback, I hope he does well.
