I have always been over sensitive and shy. If i have problems i usually bottle them without telling anyone. If i don't get along with someone i usually think that its a reflection on me. Recently i was reading about narcissism. Well i seem to match all the criteria. How do i deal with it?

Yeah: Don't diagnose yourself on the Internet.

If you really feel that something is wrong, and it is impacting your quality of life go to the GP and get a professional opinion.

If you're worried about yourself or feel you need help, advice or support of any kind, go and see someone.

A professional will be able to listen and diagnose you correctly, and aid you with any issues you're having.
