Metal Man Swim Series Races - Sligo

    Hey Guys

    Sligo City Triathlon Club are running a series of six open water swim races at Rosses Point beach in sligo. First one was on sunday with five more to follow over the next 5 weekends. We had 24 swimmers of varying ability and a great mornings racing,

    The races are 500m and 750m changing week to week.

    Next one is on sunday with reg at 10:30am in the beach car park.
    Race starts at 11:30am.

    We have safety support in the water and marshals at start and finish points.

    It's a league format with points awarded for 4 best finishes from 6 races.

    We have a time handicapped and outright time division meaning everyone is in with a shout for one of the six prizes on offer.

    Entry is a very reasonable 25eu for the six races. Money goes into prizes and a donation to the northwest hospice.
