dcc bin tag

    my brother bought a dublin city council bin tag today instead of getting a south dublin county council bin tag . will i be able to use the dcc bin tag on my south dublin council bin?

    How was he able to buy a tag without having the "membership" card?

    He just went into a shop on cork street and asked for a bin tag . I didnt kno they gave him 3 tags for bags . Ah hopefully kno someone who can use them
