sound not working

the external sound isnt working on my ipod touch anymore.with headphones is fine but for some reason when i take them out there is no option to change the volume, anyone else having this problem

the external sound isnt working on my ipod touch anymore.with headphones is fine but for some reason when i take them out there is no option to change the volume, anyone else having this problem

Connect to Itunes & restore the software - sorted mine out a week ago, so hopefully will work for you
