Im trying to purchase something from the U.S online but they only accept a credit card that is the same as my billing address but i want to send the item to the usa. If i use a pre-paid credit card will that get around this issue?

No, because a pre-paid credit card needs a cardholder address too.

Not all sellers insist on sending to the billling address. did you try another seller?

Are you paying through paypal? You can put the address of the item in as the card address. I did it recently to get an item posted to my brother in UK with no problems.
