Hi there, So basicially Ive been goin 2 the gym the last while and havn't seen ne results. This is prob due to the fact that I wasn't eating as heathly as I Should be. I lost 2 stone in the last year but still left with flabby look and a large belly.

Im wondering what is a good program for fat loss?? Thanks

Instead of trying to find the perfect program, learn a few of the basic weight lifts like squats, bench press, power cleans, deadlifts, and get the form down perfect.

Then start going to the gym and moving lots of weight with these and other multi-joint exercises.

The best way to burn fat in my opinion is to eat relatively healthy and lift weights to raise your resting metabolic rate (RMR). If you lift weights 3 times a week and do some wind sprints on a 4th day, your RMR will stay high and burn lots of calories while your resting.
