What are good things to eat? And I don't mean baked potato or any of that stuff just simple food that I can bring with me or can get the city.

Is Powerade and like loads of tuna a good post workout snack?

    Please help pronto.

Stuff that you can get your hands on easily: skimmed milk or chocolate milk or a yoghurt drink

Milk is the ****, my current post training meal is an orange, a banana and a litre of milk....then something else within about an hour and a half.

    Vit C, Potassium, Protein, Carbs.

    What more could you want?

Does anyone feel milk makes them hold more water in their fat?
Sorry for going a tad off topic.

Post workout: orange juice, water, white rice, white pasta. Anything with a high GI to replenish lost carbs

The fat in milk will slow down the absorbtion of protien post workout so I usually dont take it. If you have enough protien throughout the day then theres no problem in having milk.

Powerade is an isotonic drink. Slow releasing carbs best used before or during exercise of duration longer than one hour. Some studies have shown that chocolate milk is good post recovery. (im gonna be lazy and not post the journal but its there :p)
