    Hi Carebear2

    Yeah the stand in our window, Califa, is beautiful isnt it- comes flat pack but is well made and look excellent when built up, I can do this for €250 (instore/non boardies price of €299) for you - I dont think you'll find a nicer cabinet at that price.

    The 47PFL8404 is yours for €1300 - if you'd perfer the 42" version I can do for that at €1000
    The Philips BDP3000 would only set you back €150 - VERY GOOD price! You'll even get Slumdog Millionaire on BR FREE....

    The MCI500/WAS6050 and C/Audio dock would come in at €550 - that will give you music in two rooms and is a bit of a bargain esp' as we are giving away the WAS6050 with it (worth €250 on it's own) FREE!

    How do those prices sound??

    Hi Ash,
    I saw that unit in your window and also thought it looked really good. Could you post the dimensions and would it be possible to get it delivered to Co Cork if it fits in my room? Thanks

    The dimensions (right down to the size of the box!) are on page 3 of each spec sheet.

    Thanks for the enquiry and drop us a line if you would like to reserve one,

    Hey Chalky024

    I'll measure up that stand and find out how much it will cost to have it courier to Cork and get back to you.

    I can tell you from memory that it weighs in at 54kgs so it's very solid (and a pain to move around the stockroom!!)

    They are easy to assemble as will and do look very well once built up, especially will a shiney new Philips 42 inched placed on top.........

    Talk tomorrow
    Ash

    I'll get back to you with del costs - the courier company isn't answering the phoners just yet so I'll try them a little later

    Hi Ash,
    Thanks for the dimensions. Will check how it would fit later and get back to you. Pity about the delivery price though, kind of negates the price you're offering the stand for:mad:. You mention it is flat packed. How big a box is it? My sister will be in Dublin at the end of the week, might be able to arrange a pick-up.

    Hi Chalky

    Yeah its the weight of the stand thats the killer!
    Weighs in at well over twice the average 42" TV....

    The outer box dimensions are as follows
    Width = 60cm
    height = 20cm
    lenght = 160cm
    give or take a few cms

    An estate car or 4X4 should manage, best ask her to get a measuring tape out and climb into the boot of her car eh!!

    let me know if it fits and I'll reserve on for you

    Cheers
    Ash

    Hi Ash,
    Thanks for that. It looks like it would be too large to fit in her car since she is with her husband, daughter and luggage. Courier appears to be the only way. Just one more query on the dimensions though,:o what are the internal measurements? I need it to be large enough to house an Onkyo 875 receiver
    (Still blows me away 12 months later John!!!) as well as the usual, Sky box, DVD player etc. Also is there a back on the unit? Apologies for all the queries and thanks again.
