Masters/Joseekers Allowance/Tuition Fees Query

    Hi,

    Really, appreciate it if someone could help me with the following:

    I am in receipt of jobseekers allowance for over 6 months. I have been offered a Masters at UCD.

    Am I entitled to continue receiving my Jobseekers allowance if I accept the Masters Course?

    What is the maximum cost of tuition fees that I could receive through the Coounty Council grant? I believe it is around 6,100 euro.

    Could I qualify to receive a maintenance grant while retaining my joseekers allowance?

    1) No.

    2) It's around that, check with the institution concerned

    3) You may qualify for a maintenance grant if you meet the income guidelines and have not got a masters before. Check studentfinance.ie for the rates

    you cant only keep getting your payments for an undergrad or h.dip and only if its the first time your doing one.
