Have you opened it up, or are you just blasting compressed air into the laptop through the vents?

Yeah exactly it would be great if i could open it. I have a problem of the laptop shuttin down if it gets to hot

Well, its a major job to open it, I wouldn't do it unless you're comfortable with that sort of stuff.

To the side of the laptop is the exhaust vent, with the cooling fins. Make sure you clean this also, if the fins get caked in dust they don't lose heat as effectively. A hoover with the brush attachment would be your best bet, as you don't want to blow air in at that location. You don't want too much suction or you'll send the fan spinning and maybe damage the motor, so be careful.

Must be time to get the screwdrivers out. At the moment, a lot of crap must have been blown off the fan into the case itself, and the heatsink is also probably clogged up with more gunge.

You might find a dismantling guide somewhere on the net.:(

if ya do disassemble it make sure to clean between the fan and heatsink. Sometimes they are a sealed unit but can be disassembled. Getting rid of the dust and hair between there is the most important area to clean.

This one is for an A205 which must be similar (kind of?).

Some computer services do it for €40.

Go on give a shot, when dismantling it and label each and every screw you take out. Soem are different sizes.

If it won't come apart there is another screw somewhere. Look and look again until ya find them all. If you have them all out the machine to come apart easily,

You will want to find the service guide, it is not just a case of removing all the screws and the bottom panel comes off. It looks to be more complicated in your case.

While you are at it, you should clean off the existing thermal paste and replace it with fresh stuff, it will be better than the factory crud they usually use.

If you are struggling with high temps, you should also investigate undervolting (supplying the CPU with less voltage to make it run cooler), it may or may not be possible depending on compatibility.
