    Hey,

Today is going to be my first session back in the gym in over 2 weeks due to holidays, and in between those two weeks I have consumed an awful lot of food and drink. What im wondering is do I just jamp back into training and pick up where I left off?

Or do I gradually ease my way back in and lets say this time next week be looking to be back to where I was before the holidays in terms of weight been lifted and intensity of the sessions?

    Thanks :)

if its only 2 weeks just pick up where you left off - if your not up to it you will know soon enough!

ease into it, jumping in where you left off will leave you with lots of unnecessary pain, slowing down your overall comeback training!

Ah cowzerp, where were ya a couple of hours ago, tried to pick up where I left off and I was left frustrated, sore and stiff. Im just gradually going to ease back into it for the rest of the week and aim to pick back up again come next week, when im back in work and I have a bit more structure and routine.
