If a person is granted legal aid for a criminal case can the aid be revoked if their financial situation changes? If they are granted it for the initial case, and they lodge an appeal, is it reassessed for the appeal or do they keep getting it as a matter of course? edit: I've confirmed that you reapply on the first day of…
