32" TV in Tesco

    Not sure if this a good bargain or not but I seen Tesco had a 32" Toshiba model on offer for €429 with the usual specs. Not sure if its all Tesco branches but the one I sen was in Castlebar.

    If it's the same one that I saw, it has Freeview, primarily for UK DVB-T broadcasts.

    Saw a 32" Sony Bravia in Ballybrack yesterday for €500. Also had a 32" Samsung for €600. Didn't really check them but they looked like decent enough models.

    Was in Soundstore in Tralee pricing an LCD telly greater than 32". The sales guy showed me a Samsung 40" HD telly for 649 euros (he claimed it was a deal where it is the same price as a 37").

    This has been going a while , they had the 37" Thoshiba for €399 a couple of weeks back which was a great price.

    All the display models are changing so they are reduced by about 20% but it's only what's on display.
