    Hi all,
    I done a search on the forum but it didnt turn up much and so Im just wondering has anybody tried it / know someone who has?
    I was in America last year and saw a lot of infomercials about it and it looked good but I havent heard anything about it since.
    If anybody has any info on this or a similar program it would be much appreciated as Im just starting to try get back in shape and dont really know where to start!

    My brother does it and seems to like it.
    I think it's a money making sham, you might as well just do a pump n tone class.

    Infomercial-nuff said mate-any amount of hoping around like a mad yoke along with a calorie controlled diet will lead to weight loss!
