The Nail and Beauty Bar at the shopping centre in Blanchardstown is fairly good. I say fairly because while the girls there are very nice it is noisey in there so that may be off putting depending on what you're looking for. They do excellent fake tan and pedicures.
There is one on the main street called Beauty by Chloe and Jane (I think not 100% sure), its in the same parade of shops are Trentino, the estate agent, newsagents on the corner. I've been there a few times and liked it.

Reba in Ashtown is a hairdressers and beauty salon. I went there for a face mapping with dermalogica and the girl was absolutely lovely. She gave me tons of samples ( where as places in town would only give one of each) and was really helpful. Havent had any treatments done yet but will do in the future, had a really good first impression.
