mens trousers 28' waist 34' leg!!

I am trying to find a pair of trousers for a tall 16year old with a 28' to 30' waist and with a 34' to 36' length leg. Going to a wedding in a few weeks ad cant seem to find anywhere that sells them that long with such a small waist!!! Any suggestions on where to look in Dublin much appreciated!!

not sure about the republic ,but asda in the north is very good for all different sizes,phone a store up and ask.
