O2 and unlocking codes

I asked O2 last week to unlock two phones on my account. They promised to txt me the codes. Still no txt today. Rang them and was told would take up to 72 hours more. Obvioulsy they don't want to lose their customers. Would anyone know where I can get the codes for Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones. Much appreciated :cool:
