Dono how to reaally begin this
But how do you know if a girl fancies ya?
See theres this girl at work, we talk abit shes a nice girl. But since i startd 3 weeks ago i noticed she stares at me quite abit, well alot. and in a nice way. When ever i glance across the office out of bordem she does be looking at me and smiling. when ever she looks at me she's smiling.I always catch her eyeballing me up.
I have a guit feeling she fancies me but i dono how women think....
what should i do, assk her out?
or is it just coincidence?

I personally wouldn't get involved with someone I work with. Maybe after you are there in a year or so and you know it will be more than a fling then maybe go for it. Sound like she might fancy you.

It sounds like she might fancy you, but nothing is ever definate...Do some research, i.e. maybe chat to her casually, in the office, find out her interests etc. See if anyone is organising a works night out or a drink after work. Ask her if she is going, then if she is find an opportunity to talk to her there. But I support what Mood says, dont go any further unless you are sure you like her, nothing worse than sitting across from someone you dated & it didnt work..Not good. I'd build on it as a friendship first, then see if there is flirting etc. Best of luck!

Well, when you go up and ask her out, you'll know she fancies you if she says yes. Otherwise if she says no, then she doesn't.

What not ask her if she fancies going got a cup of tea next time you are passing by?
Just chat to her then and get to know her.

You never know - there could be loads of reasons - daydreaming etc.
But be careful about playing in work - can make things v v difficult...

I think you get to know after a while, it's easy enough to tell if someone likes being around you and enjoys your company. Call it the vibe they give off when with you if you will.

Why not just try to get to know her as a friend and take it from there?

do you like her? if so ask her out, even if she doesnt fancy you she might appreciate the confidence and go out anyway
