Are you planning to replace the headlamp units for the ones with foglights? If so it's going to cost a fair bit. You'll need 2x headlamps, 1x relay, 1x switch and associated wiring and connections. It's do-able and a neat job but you'll need a VW wiring diagram to locate the correct terminals.

Done it to my astra, cost only €100.

the €100 was to pay for the lights and the interior switch system(from a scrappies). The Astra's that dont have fogs still have the loom under the hood.

I had to remove the front bumper, connect up lights and the switch. Took all of 20 mins. The bumper had markings on the back for the cut-outs and done that with a dremel. Looks perfect and nobody could tell the difference.

Would be worth considering doin yourself as its dead easy and can be done in a few hours. The hardest thing for you being wiring the loom up.

Terminals and fuse diagrams are usually in the manual

    Good luck!
