    Seems Lance will be do everything he can to beat AC next year. Don't think Andy will go. He says he will be coming back next year to win. After the infighting in Astana I don't think he will want to risk Lance pulling rank if he wants the win himself in 2010.

    Teams and riders are, by UCI regulations, forbidden to discuss transfers until September 1. Rule 2.15.125 states "Riders and UCI ProTeams may not, before 1 September, reveal that they are involved in negotiations about renewal of their contracts or transfers.
    So how come army announced he was going to radioshack then?

    Well Astana is basically falling apart, there isn't really anyone left there to complain about it.
    Upon complaint by a prejudiced team or any third party with a legitimate interest, the rider is liable to a fine of CHF 2000.00 and the UCI ProTeam to a fine of CHF 5000.00
