Looking for a Business Partner

Hello Everyone

I am involved sucessfully within the construction industry and obviously things aren't busy at the moment. I also have a small farm food business but want to expand and have a few different idea's of where the business could go. I really need a partner for this. I have a great skills set, and could do this on my own if I had to but I would much prefere a business partner (two heads and all that). It can move at a quick or slow pace to start with, I'm really flexable.

My ideal partner would have the following:
Be focused.
Have can do, positive attitude.
Have a broad skills set range.
Drive to be the best at what we do.
