You're not gonig to get much help with posts like that. What research have you done? Have you read the stickies? Have you changed your diet? What's your current routine? Where are you falling down?

Answering these questions will help you get a better response.

I'd second Colm's reply. What are your stats - weight, height, current diet, current exercise routine?

Also, not just directed at you but folks, PLEASE -

LOSE = To lose something, e.g. I am going to lose weight

LOOSE = Loose, as in the opposite of tight! e.g. these jeans are a loose fit

    Ahh that feels better

the bit about the sweet tooth probably answers the question ...

im probably about to start WW3 here, or get banned! Most posts that ask about what the best exercises are or "any tips" are from people looking for quick fixes! Basically, it translates to "I like to eat sweets and other crap and I am looking for tips on how I can still do this and loose weight with the minimum ammount of exercise possible"

TBH I got sick of people asking for tips on weight loss after I had lost weight in the past, often people were asking at lunch time as they scoffed through chips and coke .. Fair enough there is some confusion around what is healthy or not (low fat and colourful packaging and other marketing ploys are partially responsible for this) but everyone knows the stuff that is really bad. You can out-train a bad diet to a point but 20 mins on a stationary bike a few days a week doesnt = junk food 7 days a week!!!

Agree 100%. I lost a lot of weight in the past and then id have someone asking me how i did it while scoffing through a danish pastry and can of coke ffs!

OP - for life long weight loss there are no quick fixes ... not that i'm suggesting you are even looking for one.

Read the stickies and the nutrition and diet forum stickies - come back and post you FULL DAILY DIET (warts and all) and what exercise, if any, you do and you will get people offerring you some great, free advise.

    Good luck!
