Compaq CQ61-110SA Laptop

    I am considering buying the above laptop which costs €479.99 and includes the following spec:
    • Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T4200
    • (2GHz, 800MHz, 1MB Cache)
    • Windows Vista Home Basic
    • 3GB Memory
    • 160GB Hard Drive
    • Integrated Webcam
    • 15.6" screen

    This laptop ticks all the boxes in terms of being a pentium dual core, integrated webcam, 15.6" screen, and costing less than €500. However can I do better than this?

    Tasks for this laptop would be pretty regular including internet browsing, skype, microsoft office, downloading and watching films, and downloading and listening to music.

    All advice is very welcome!

    I would go with AMD CPU (Compaq CQ60). You will get better video card ATI HD3200 for the same price.
