So I've got 21 N64 games and I don't know how or where to store them! Should I store them inside something to protect 'em from dirt and dust etc. ?
Anyone got any handy tips ? They seem durable but it's a shame they didn't package em in cases like the Megadrive games.

Get one of those plastic storage boxes and put em in that. The only problem with n64 games is they don't have a title on the side of the cart. so you have to flip through the damn things to see what they actually are. Really annoying design flaw.

But yeah, like most cartridges, they'll probably withstand a nuclear blast. So you don't really have to worry about storing them safely.

I think there's a labeler in the house so I might see if my bro will let me throw a few labels on em. The Angry Video Game nerd has a video where he blows a gasket because they stopped putting the titles on the side/top of them and some of them were un-readable etc.

What kind of box are you talking about ? Can water damage break the cartridge ? That's the only thing I can think of.

You can get ones that are like really long lunch boxes. Just go to your local Woodies/B&Q/Homebase and have a look

    Some on ebay to.

Ah well if your not going to play them...put few into and elastic band and then into a plastic bag or box and thats it job done.

keep them in relatively cool area as storage in heat can sometimes mess up games.

I have a large old wooden filing cabinet, and into it has gone my N64, Snes and PS1 collections, nice, dark and dry in there, perfect.
And moisture and heavens knows what else could over time damage the metal contacts on the edge connector of the cart and sunlight will bleach the labels, so best to find some where good to put them.
