I have ran up the steps from the white rock side with my bike overhead balancing it. Then at white rock beach you can run up and down the millions of steps, do pullups on the shelter overhand, lift stones, climb the rope onto the wall/storm breaker. Vico baths also has a overhang for pullups and 2 places you can do dips on.

From the druids chair side there are also good steps to run up, at the top you can go up and down the step structure thing, this

In the carpark across from killiney train station you can do pullups or chinups on the entrance bar and dips on bike racks, when you go through the arch to the beach there is another place to do dips on a railing on the right. I have also put a big rock in my bag for weighted dips.
