Recommendations - 5 week workout

    Right i have 5 weeks til i am off on holidays and want to get in some decent shape. I am 26 / M, 5 feet 8, weigh about 10 and 3/4. Am in ok shape - go running for 20-25 mins 2/3 times a week. Havent made the gym in while though because of work etc.

    Looking for a good and quick working out at the moment that i can do 2-3 evenings. I can only fit in about an hour each day with work (sigh). Main focus would be on weights as will be increasing running over next few weeks.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
