Hi - I'm not sure if this is in the right place but here i go!

Basically i have been seeing a grirl from South America - she is living in Spain at the moment and doesnt have an EU passport ( has a residents card for Spain) . I was wondering under what circumstances she could move here - She also has a school going daughter who doesnt hold an EU passport either - I've tried looking on the goverment websites etc but its like reading a foreign language (not spanish!!) . Moving to Spain is not an option for me as I dont speak Spanish and the possibility of getting a job in my line of work is slim

Also marriage is not an option at the moment so I'm looking to know what other options are available! I know she could come here for 3 months and see how things go but her daughters schooling would be affected - if anyone has any advice i would be grateful

What country in South American is she from, as in she may need to get a pre entry visa to come here. She could not just come and live here and she would not be able to work unless she got a work permit. What are the grounds for her getting residency in Spain?

    OP here!!
Argentina - and if you are working in Spain and have a contract for work you can get a residents card - no job = no residents card
