Tried one or two of these out and damn they are tough. Give me squats and deadlifts any day :D. But seriously I'm going to incorporate as many of these as I can into my training, if anyone is interested take a look.

The clapping handstand pushup looks crazy!!, These exercises are not for the faint hearted

Beastskills is an awesome site, there's some seriously tough stuff on there (e.g. Front lever, clapping handstand pushups, etc.) though there's some easily achievable stuff too.

I started off with the muscle up, L-sit and handstand. Those three are pretty achievable and are a nice way of mixing up your training. They're great gas too, anyone who's fallen out of handstand will back me up on that!

Might give some of them a try, at home in a locked room so nobody see's me make a tit of myself:) but practice will make perfect i suppose, even if it involvs alot of nasty carpet burn:mad:

I just got his book. The naked warrior. Some interesting ideas in there. I've been working out for years and I feel like an absolute beginner doing these exercises. :o

The handstand is a good one to work on at home, all you need is a wall! I'm working on HSPUs at the minute, doing negatives everyday, hopefully I'll get one soon!

Tlev, I wouldn't worry about feeling like a beginner, they're completely different exercises. It's freaky how much harder they are than their barbell equivalents.
