    Hi,

Im absolutely crazy about this girl in work. were both around 25. Its a big place so I've never actually spoken to her. But I cant stop thinking about her, I have only felt like this twice before in my whole life. Shes amazing. My heart races everytime I see her. She knows I exist but I dont know where to begin. I had a good think about it earlier today when I was alone and I think Im actually scared that in my eyes my perfect dream girl might reject me or think im no more than a bag of horse sh**.

I cant believe im actually writing this stuff I dont know whats wrong with me.

If anyone was in a similiar situation any advice would be great.
    thanks

She's already seeing someone. :) No sorry, I'm teasing, but relaise that she just might be. You won't know until you ask.

    Its a crush.

So do something about that. Say "hi" a few times you see her and then some day ask her how her day went. As things progress invite her for a sandwich at lunchtime - it non-threatening. If things go well, invite her for a drink after work.

You should start off by trying to catch her eye and say hello and smile
be friendly and approachable and if she makes eye contact and responds don't go all shy and run off. Yes it will be nerve wrecking but if she's a nice girl she won't ignore you.

Do go for it as being on the other end there is nothing worse than knowing someone likes you as they stare at you all the time and then when you do smile at then they run as fast as the wind :)
