Sky Dish issues

    Right,I've just checked our sky Dish and LNB and the whole thing is falling apart,The bracket is rusty the LNB is wobbling and the whole dish is shaking in the wind,So during the day sky is un watchable constantly getting no signal and on and off till 9-10 at night..

    Where do we stand,Will sky repair the install for free?We've been with them for four years now and have had this install since then...Can anyone help?

    best thing is cancel or threaten to, then just re apply using different name.

    they will charge €100 for a call out.

    Ring them and ask them to replace the dish and explain your case..they might give you an offer..seeing that you have been with them for 4 yrs

    I emailed them,Lost the plot in it how i just spent ages up on the roof looking for thing that could be blocking the dish(playing stupid) i was really up there re alligning it,Only to notice the bracket was rusty and loosening anything on it would of probably made the whole thing crumble.. :)

    They got back to me very apologetic saying as we'd been valued customers they'd arrange for a free call out this Saturday :D
