    My Grandfather:That I totally respected him and was sorry for some of my behaviour that he had heard about.

    I never said it to him and I spent the few pound he left me on drink and drugs.I dont regret doing drink and drugs but he wouldnt have liked his money being spent on it.

    He was an incredibly good man and I wish I had spent more time with him.

    Im sure many feel the same?

    You never appreciate them when they are there,only when they are gone.(well unless you are an incestual necrophiliac).I really wish I could go back and talk to my grandfather.Stubborn old fashioned and bigotted but full of knowledge.

    I never knew either of my grandfathers they where both dead before I was born. One of lung cancer (I think it's heroic that he took off the respirator to have a fag) and the other of alcohol related injuries. Now I'm going to have a nice spliff and suck back this bottle of stella.
