Thought this would be the best place for this... well, either here, or some "general fitness and well being" forum...

A new campaign called 'Little Steps' is urging parents to make sure their children eat well this summer.

The campaign is a HSE-backed initiative to help families fight obesity.

Their website www.littlesteps.ie provides lots of ideas on how to get active.

Safefood nutritionist Marion Faughnan said parents should give their children healthy foods such as fruit and sandwiches and cut down on fizzy drinks.

Also, the "what's on" section may be nice for fun idea's to get out.
