just wondering does anyone know if these are usually part of the package or do you have to pay when you get to the airport like before you get it?

every time i've been on a package holiday, they've been included. you get a rep on your bus telling his/her blah/blah, making sure you come to them for all the day tours etc.

ya booked it with panorama and just wasn't sure, cause someone was telling me it was on the radio the other day about people showing up thinking they had the transfers sorted but ended up paying 40 euro for it.

I've noticed that Budget travel have recently advertised packages without transfers included.
