Reformat HDD to FAT32

I just found out the xbox cant read ntfs HDD's, and ive got a 1TB hdd i want to play movies from. besides the 4GB limit, is there any other limitations of fat32? and is there a way i can reformat the HDD without removing the data/losing it? thanks! tea

No. If you reformat, you lose the data.
